Head up, it’s not easy! In fact, it’s going to feel a littleawkward at first. But, like anything else, practice. When something is bothering you, practice these statements first at home and then exercise them when you need to.

Self affirmations and having the confidence to communicate your boundaries go hand in hand.
Everyone has a right to create their own boundaries. Giving yourself positive reminders will allow you to be your own coach.

If someone doesn’t respect or acknowledge your feelings afterwards…
Just know that communicating your needs is perfectly normal. Someone who doesn’t support you, doesn’t reflect poorly against you - in fact, RED FLAG on them.
