  • Head up, it’s not easy! In fact, it’s going to feel a littleawkward at first. But, like anything else, practice. When something is bothering you, practice these statements first at home and then exercise them when you need to.

  • Self affirmations and having the confidence to communicate your boundaries go hand in hand.

    Everyone has a right to create their own boundaries. Giving yourself positive reminders will allow you to be your own coach.

  • If someone doesn’t respect or acknowledge your feelings afterwards…

    Just know that communicating your needs is perfectly normal. Someone who doesn’t support you, doesn’t reflect poorly against you - in fact, RED FLAG on them.
